J. A. Plosker is a self-discovery and mindfulness coach. He is also a former attorney, social work counselor, and instructor of comparative religion, philosophy, and social work who has studied with teachers in personal and spiritual growth for over two decades. He has appeared on many stages (including TEDx) and in many trainings sharing and teaching about ancient wisdom, mindfulness, and the power of being nobody.
